Tips For Recording On A Computer.

I need some. Please help. Specifically I am using Ableton and need to convert the file to a wave format to upload to Soundcloud so I can properly torture you guys. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

This is by no means even close to a finished product. I'm still trying to figure out how to use the software. Plus it's been years since I have tried to actually synchronize with other parts. Just sayin'.

Just grabbed my coffee, and my favorite headphones...nice, quality, sounds there @Cadorman !

That is my white Les Paul, the bass I just put together and a track I assembled on EZ Drummer.

It seems I started getting a little tighter after the 2 minute mark. Nothing in this was looped. I imported the drum track. Then I played guitar to it while listening on headphones. I was double micing the top cab of my stack with the Sennheiser E609 hanging in front of the top right Greenback and my SM57 at 45 degrees on the Greenie below. It took 3 tries to get the guitar recorded. Then I just used the E609 on my orange 410 to record the bass. That took two attempts. I used the mixer in the software to add a little treble and midrange, but that is it. No other effects.
