OK I have been at it again.
This time this is a little thing I put together myself.
I always play it perfect until I hit the RECORD button so just deal with what you get.

I think I need to break down and go a lil deeper in this rabbit hole and get
a mike so I can mike my amps instead of going straight into the interface.

I am not happy with the tone I am hearing.

You might be missing the play of the speakers in your recording... If you have cab sims that would help with this.

I prefer to mic the amp too, capture what you here in the room instead of trying to recreate it direct in.

It just came to mind that a few are using the phones to record. I've heard excellent recordings captured that way too.
More control with a mic and options.

I looked inside Garage Band and it has an amp modler of sorts built into it. FUN FUN FUN

It was just a few threads ago if I remember correctly, you didn't know about computer based recording.

Appears we both have fallen down this rabbit hole at the same time.
I am not using an app; the whole thing is complex enough.
And, I like the idea of the raw recording of the mic'd cab.

That cheap Pyle mic I have seems to get good reviews; here is another I had not seen before.
