Guy I used to work with here worked on and off with his brother, a GC / Home Builder / Improvement contractor.
He worked on additions or renovations for both Bruce Spingsteen and John Bonjovi.

He said Springsteen was an engaging down to earth all around nice guy; brought them sandwiches, etc.

Said Bonjovi was an arrogant dick who made them stop work at times because the noise was bothering him.
