A good hobby shop that deals with trains, should have a decal setting solution call Micro sol.
That stuff works great, and I highly recommend it...

Very nicely done Mitch! I will have to get some pics the next time I go up north. Everything is stored up there as we've moved around a couple times recently. Some N, primarily model HO, but also have a pretty big collection of G. Pre BN merger stuff.

But I did paint some F-7’s in the black widow scheme, I mostly modeled HO scale

Same here, I was into it pretty good, while I was not playing, all those little eye bolts, grab irons, light jewels, and especially those
damm windshield wipers, with flush mount windows.
Lead units got constant lighting, and a crew.
Yea I had it bad, lol

It's super smooth. I've never fondled ebony before. Fretboard that is.

The workmanship on these necks is just incredible. I can wipe it down, tape off the fretboard and go straight to nitro. Absolutely no sanding required. I didn't even pick out the boards and I couldn't ask for better.

Here's a question for you bass builders: 34 inch scale quarter sawn maple neck with ebony board, 45/105 strings, 4 of them.

I want to get the neck bow close to begin with since the adjustment requires neck removal. Any ideas where I should start with just putting a straight edge on the detached neck?

It also has steel stiffening rods.
