Aldo Nova's Fantasy:

Here's the re-mastered version.

Nothing was re-recorded or overdubbed. Some guitar tracks were EQ'd slightly differently, the intro rhythm guitars were cut from 4 tracks to just 2 tracks, then kicking back in with 4 tracks after the first 2 measures, some vocal tracks were re-balanced and some noise reduction was applied.

More of an "in your face" mix with emphasis on keeping the rhythm parts prominent and not buried.

I was 24 at that time, just split up with my ex-wife and was hooked up with a sorority girl from Chico State University.

Robert the only thing you could have done better, would have been to record your Schecter through the Dsl40c the way you did the tone test at half throttle, with the mic placed 3’ away, that you have shared on here before.
But that’s just me and what my ears like to hear!!!

Yes, that would be neat tone for sure. I dialed in a very mid-range EQ on the Blackstar, as it tends to stand out in the mix.

This re-mix was an opportunity to implement all the production tricks I have been learning.

You now must hold a class so that the rest of the group can be on the same page.
I know I am only using a phone so my trail is a much steeper slope.

OK Robert, when I went to click " expand to see..." I saw a privacy badger message where it blocked "tracking" site triggered by soundcloud. Therefore, unlike in the past, PB which was on my laptop never blocked any Soundcloud before, it is now doing so.

Let me see what I can figure out now that I disabled it for that site.
 
Robert, see my post 30. It explains that I discovered, " Privacy Badger " essentially cloaked your links to Soundcloud.

Once I clicked " expand..." to ask you, " This one what?" it revealed that had even occurred,,,,,,,,,,, as in Privacy Badger... due to "tracking" detected on that site
