Ok,
Spent a bit of time the past day taking with the producers about this project and listening to collective feedback. Here is the 'proposed' six covers for the CD. I am shooting for what feels like a 'good fit' for me vocally, with input from our producer friends and what would give some eclecticism to the production. My 'gut' feeling is they should appear in this specific order with six original mixed in to 'stagger' the songs by vintage and genre.
All will be performed in my usual heavy style. Here's the 'dream list' as of this morning:
Road To Hell - Rory Gallagher
Doweaster Alexa - Billy Joel
Perfect Strangers
Cult Of Personality - Living Colour
Rockin' In The Free World - Neil Young
Ace Of Spades - Motorhead
Thoughts????
