“Work In Progress”

That’s the name me n Ninja ended up with, for obvious reasons at the time and now. This is the second ever outin. I proudly played a Godin SD and Ninja played his sparkling shiny Gilmour strat

We played a charity gig last night as the second of three warm up bands for a Foreigner coverband.

it was an awesome night, we actually got almost all the songs right first time. (Takes a few shots at rehearsal) And people, almost 150-200 of them cheered and danced, that was crazy to see !

What did we learn

well everything! Sound ! We need monitors for this, or turn the mic up amp up. We learned no one cares what’s written on the headstock of your guitar and we learned popular songs go down well with beer and paying customers

Thanks for posting Leeds!
It must be stated that because it a fundraiser with multiple acts we are only given 10-15 minutes to set up. There is no sound check and the sound is done by the house sound guy. Obviously not ideal but it is the only way to keep the evening on schedule.
