Fender tremsetter: Yes or No

This is embarrassing. I haven't set up my MIM Strat trem to float. I haven't because tuning is more important. I am considering the Fender tremsetter, but I would like opinions. It's just under 40 bucks. Does it make it harder to bend with your fingers? That's what I do now. Does the thing suck, or is it G-d sent. Before I start, opinions would be greatly appreciated. Reviews from retailers are often from amateurs.

I'd like your opinions if you have had experience or heard anything.

No experience with the Tremsetter, but I have setup my stock Fender 6 screw to Carl Verhyen specs and you cannot make it go out of tune...
