So if I ran my guitar head through a 410 bass cab vs running it through my normal 412 guitar cab. Would there be a big difference?
Will it make a big difference??

I know they cab itself, at least with a bass, is really punchy. More of a treble side even with a bass head. And it's a peavey
Generally, bass EQ is in a different tonal spectrum than guitar. But, in some cases they sound pretty good. An EQ pedal is an option....

As long as the impedance is not out of whack (e.g a 2 ohm cab with a 16 ohm output on the amp would be bad) and the speaker wattage is rated higher than the amp you won't hurt anything.

Well the cab is a 4 ohm and I have 4,8,16 ohm output on my head. So I can match it up. I like a darker tone anyway considering I use alot of active pickups as well. Should sound decent. Also I have a pre amp and eq on my rp1000 so I got all the eq.

Right. The resonant frequency of the speakers and tuning of the cabinet will be much lower than guitar-specific ones, but you may like the result.
Is there a tweeter/horn in the bass cab?
They don’t like a lot of high frequency distortion/fuzz. If you do have one, it may have a roll off control...you may want to dial it back a bit....just sharing experiences...

I may be mistaken but I believe I read somewhere that Jimmy Page preferred the 55 Hz bass Celestions over the 75 Hz guitar models.

Only your ears can judge the difference. The bass speakers and smaller diameter certainly change the frequency response, but how it sounds is subjective.
Entirely up to you.
I personally Like 4X10 or 8X10 cabinets myself, because I think it sounds crunchier. I like to crunch.

Can someone help me figure out what the ohms are on this can? 
This sticker doesn’t tell you.
You should be able to download the spec sheet for that model. Peavey is pretty good for documentation.
The spec sheet will tell you.
Alternatively, you could open the cabinet and find the impedance of each speaker. Then, based on how they are wired together, the total impedance could be calculated mathematically.
