Post your low power tube amps...

1965 Blackface Fender Champ.
8 watts?
(Not the original owner but I've had it a long time.)

Brand new Supro 1610RT Comet.
Switchable 6 or 14 watts.
(I got it yesterday.)

My trusted Vox AC4C1-BL

I've threatened to put wheels on it a few times.
Now it just sits in the corner of my music room/man cave, & sings...VERY LOUDLY

I've got the Traynors big brother, YGL3 mark 3
Great amps, but HEAVY

I had a Traynor YBA-3 head and two Traynor 4 X 12 cabs for maybe a year
in the very early 70's. It was a ridiculously loud amplifier. Too loud. I replaced
It with a DR 103 and 2 EV SRO12 loaded 2 X 12 cabs which did absolutely zero
as far as solving the loudness issue, but was easier to carry around. I finally
solved the loudness issue by joining a band that played only outdoor gigs.

This is how we did it back when the world was flat.

I got three to show. First is a 10 year old Vox DA-5. 5 watts, SS, a few built-in effects. Can run on batteries, too.

Next a 10 year old Carvin Vintage 16. Very modified, uhm, 16 watter with EL84's, and a Weber Blue Dog 12" speaker.

Finally, a 7 year old Allen Amps Sweet Spot that I assembled from a kit. 18 watts with 6V6's. Think Blackface Princeton Reverb with some added modern touches:

Some website geeky info for the Sweet Spot:
"Topology:
Design is loosely based on the Fender Princeton Reverb™ but with many enhancements such as a standby switch, middle & RAW control, bright switch, fixed bias phase inverter, deeper vibrato, adjustable power tube bias and bias measurement jacks."

Those are the best-kept secret in the amp world I think. My bandmate has one and I get to play through it regularly - what a great sounding amp! And a genuine steal at that price.
True that these amps are pretty nice sounding in stock form. The older ones like mine, have a real spring reverb tank. About 5 years ago, Carvin switched these to digital reverb. That being said, I remember the reviews were positive for the digital reverb. I bought mine used, dirt cheap, with the intentions of implementing some well known mods available at the time. The first mod was adding a Raw control at the back that gradually bypasses the tone stack, that eventually adds a lot of mids and gain. The next mod was removing the volume control circuit from before the tone stack, and placing it after the phase inverter... or Post Phase Inverter Master Volume. Eliminating the Negative Feedback was another mod. Replacing V1's 12AX7 with a 5751 to help tame the crazy gain. And a few other minor resistor and cap mods that did this and that. The Vintage 30 speaker that came with the amp was way too honky for this amp, especially after the mods. So that had to go. And eventually, I convinced myself that the power tranny was acting up, because I kept measuring 2.5 VAC at the heater pins. Therefore as a replacement, I bought a Mercury Magnetics PT. The new PT is almost twice the size of the stock Carvin one. Actually the new PT cost me as much as the whole amp...LOL
