90's Epi Dot , CTS 500 pots & custom wired solid to pickup location mount. You can change pickups without going fishing with string. Pups are about 8k &10k..will experiment b4 the pickup build commission. I bonded,

ok..my friends set me up., they built it for me ,..they wound me jazzy on neck & hot on bridge...I had texted & asked what is up with this guitar ..lol...
This guitar is literally a shred machine ,the sustain is forever.yet you back down to 5 on vol & its all but an acoustic guitar...the notes do come from a deeper spot..almost like resonator from your body & guitar are interacting.
Just had maybe the best musical experience ever in last hour,,the 74 Super Reverb with a RAT juicing it...my gosh does it scream....kinda humbled my buds were in cahoots together...when i didnt bond with Gibson Custom shop..they conspired to make one for me. Had the credit to take the Gibson by trading the other week,,so glad was searching for something..that was unique

I remember an interview with EVH years ago, like one of his first interviews.

He stated that "If you think I'm fast on this Strat, you should see me on a 335"

It was rumored back, in the day, more than a couple of tracks from the first couple of albums had Mr. VH on his 335. Maybe it's the original shred machine? I'm only half kidding, you just never know until you try.

Wonder how that hollowbody will get along with some of your more gainy type amps?
