Taking a Friend's Family to a Football Game Tomorrow on Private Flight

We've taken to flying private here and there since we sold off all our farmland. Cant take it with you, no kids. Tomorrow is the home opener for our local CFL pro football team in Regina. It's a 2.5 hr drive from here and my friend and his family live about a 1.5 hr drive from here.
So we're going to pick them up tomorrow on the plane and fly in! Limo from airport amd back. Should be such fun and nice to make an experience for friends. 20 mins to his place, then 45 to the game on a King Air 350. Great fun, lots of beer, cool experience. I'll take some pics at the game.
 
That's cool as hell.
My neighbor is a pilot, has a flight school & a couple of planes.
He & his wife fly all over for lunch, a weekend getaway, or to go to a Seminoles game.
It's nothing for them to fly to the keys for lunch, or the Carolinas for a weekend.
When we take a cruise from the other coast, Canaveral, Lauderdale or Miami, he flys us to the nearest executive airport and we cab from there.
A four to five hour drive usually takes 90 minutes or less in the plane.

Sure beats sitting in traffic, waiting for an accident to clear.

I should have gotten my pilots years ago. I love aircraft!!

That’s cool JR, I tend to forget that your season starts a couple of months before ours does.

Well didn't work out as planned. Weather! A major storm was moving through the game city and there was a threat of hail. No where to hangar the aircraft so my friend drove down with the fam and picked us up on the way. Crap!
I got a few game pics but at a distance.
Next time!!!
