Another Cali Shaker

They sure do...I have been thru quite a few of them with Andrew n Michael being the worst I have ever been thru.....Irma was not fun either.....
I only hope this season will not be nasty like the past 2 years...

That is quite scary for those who have never been thru one...Guess I was lucky when I was stationed in southern cali, never felt one...But than again, I was mostly deployed too...
That must be a trip having stuff just rockin in your home....SMH

I've got a few hanging on the wall and bed frame. The hangers are the type that have 2 ears that spring down and cover the opening when the weight of the guitar is there. I was in the room when the 7.1 came rolling through. They were swinging about an inch front to back.

Just knew I should not have dimed the new bass amp ....

On the serious side, you CAN be ready for an earthquake. We keep 6 cases of bottled water on hand and we have a good sized metal case with enough dry food to last 2 weeks. This is all kept in the strongest part of the house and easily accessed through a window if necessary. And we have 2 deck boxes outside that have cloths, medical supplies, a tent, portapotty (5 gallon can with a seat) and TP.

Those 2 words from my Boy Scout days have defined much of how I lived.
