Sp8, it would be another 2-3 years before I would hear of Rush while in middle school at about 1978. Rush 2112,VH1 , and Nugent's Double Live Gonzo were my intro to over the top Rock N Roll

When I tried to turn a bunch of my friends on to Rush they didn’t get it

I vaguely remember when the Nooge first got going he had someone that was a bad@$# bass player..
That guy was a trip.....

I will never forget the time I saw them on the tour with UFO I was mesmerized by that 3 piece band, and the icing on the cake Michael Schenker in UFO

That’s pretty rough

It was quite a scare. I was trying to be a tough guy and keep my girlfriend from getting crushed, but I was pretty helpless! Luckily the staff saw the issue and
opened the doors. Many in the front didn't even have their tickets torn because we were pushed through too fast! It was packed so tight that some a$$holes
were actually running on top of people heads and shoulders to get to the front!

The last big concert I took my wife to was at Anaheim stadium, and when all the shat was being thrown down on us from above, just kind of ruined the show for us

There were a few dates on the tour I saw (All the Worlds a Stage) where Tommy Bolin or Roy Buchanan opened for them! Wish I would have seen one of those!
