Another Cross Country Journey

Ok people I am leaving Weds morning for Tallahassee. From there it will be J'ville then to Savanna. Up to Chesapeake VA and the Stevensville MD about 2 miles away from the PRS factory. After a short stay with my nephew it will be off to western MD to a little place called Cumberland.

When we finish up in Cumberland, then up to PA to see my best friend growing up Bob M. He tried to teach me a lot about guitar, but to no avail. This will be epic seeing Bob, since it has been about 30+ years since the last time we saw each other.

After that we will head back south with a stop in Ashville NC to see my sister and niece and all of her family. Should be several days there. Then back to Tallahassee for another week. The mother in law is very needy, but she is a very sweet lady I must saw. Then back home, sometime mid July. I will have interweb access so I will still be checking in.

Enjoy the trip. Philly to Jupiter FL was fun and hot. Everything but gas was expensive there. We didn't stop in Tallahassee.

Maybe, I could link up with you at a restaurant or something. Maybe Chili could work it in, too. I assume you’ll be coming up I-95 on your way up from Florida. My office is literally less than a mile from 95, so even from home it’s not a big deal to get to the area.

Of course, I am NOT pushing. I know how hectic travel can be and one more stop can just add to the headache. So, absolutely no hard feelings if it doesn’t work out. I’m just tossing the idea out there.

Actually I had my lap steel set out to bring with me and a last minute crisis caused me to forget it and the laptop I was going to bring.

HOPING TO VISIT the PRS factory, the S2 semi hollow Stella looks mighty good to me. Video reviews sound kinda Gretch like to me.

Ok so for my first update, we made it to Tallahassee without incident. Had 2 hour delay through Baton Rouge. Other than that everything went fine.

I have seen two music stores and a pawn shop to explore while I am here.
