I'm assuming the CE-5 would be best in the FX loop, but before or after the delay???
When I listen to my ears, it sounds like an ocean...Depends what you're looking for.
Try it both ways. Listen to your ears.

That’s how I do it.
Before delay.
That's what I was thinking, but with pedals, I'm a noob, so made sense to me to ask.
While there are no hard and fast rules, there are some generally accepted guidelines that come from decades of experience of people using pedals.
Generally, you'll want reverb to be the very last thing. Delays go right before that. If you have an effects loop, these generally sound best in the loop.
Overdrives and distortions are best going into the front of the amp.
With other pedals, the guidelines get a bit looser. I prefer a chorus in the loop, as well as other types of modulation pedals. Though, you can always experiment.
Other pedals, like tremolo pedals, are really a matter of preference. I have mine in the loop.
Wahs are usually placed first, before any overdrive or distortion.
Generally speaking:
1 Tuner
2 Wah
3 Low gain dirt
4 High gain dirt
5 Chorus *
6 Delay
7 Reverb
* Phase shifters before dirt pedals because
a phase shifter is basically an LFO controlled wah.
Volume pedal wherever it works for you.
