Practice over - my wife just asked me to "lower" that. I am not talented enough to lower my acoustic volume consistently just yet,so away it goes!

I got a cheap one when I first got back to playing. I couldn't bear to be stuck in the area of the basement where the electonics are. I deal with the downside (eating batteries.)

My parents bought me that guitar when I was in college, over 40 years ago. I think it's a Japanese Hummingbird knockoff. It's actually a really nice guitar for what I can only assume was not a whole lot of money. I remember that I asked, specifically, for an Ovation. This is what I got. Money was the reason I didn't get the Ovation.

So Anyway, I ended the auction on my LAG Arkane 24 fret shredder. I picked it up and had one of those "what was I thinking" moments. Despite its shreddy appearance, it is really quite a blues machine with my mods

I used a .10 for a B string....and I liked it!!

Oh, and a .13 for a G.

I love having individual strings to pick and chose from at will!
 
As long as I am keeping my shredder, I figured I would make some changes, so I took out the Duncan's and put in the Bill Lawrence circuit pups that Rob V game me. Some 70s-80s Gibson goodness and they sound NICE!!

I was just wondering.

If you dial a completely random number on your phone and say "Bless you." when the called
person picks up, what are the odds that the called person sneezed just before their phone rang?
