My 1st bass, a fretless Vester Witch without (!) fret lines. The one i play only occasionally although it sounds nice.

My brother gave me this one in 1968. It has been in a closet pretty much since then.

So I added learning to play bass to my bucket list this year. Started looking at SG basses since, well I’ve bought some SGs and the feel has grown on me. I really got gas after GM got his gorgeous SG bass. Found this one on Reverb a few weeks ago and put it on my watch list. Last week the owner did a 20% price drop and I went, damn, that’s a message to me . Pulled the trigger and it arrived today. I don’t know much about basses but this one feels great and I’ve only played it through a Mesa. Now I need to get a bass amp!







And I have a fraternal twin to keep it company.
