Can't drive until you check under the hood!DUDE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
you just got it and you TOOK IT APART?!?!?!?!?!?
you Sir -- are a mad man
Technically, with an eyelet board.....but that’s how Fender used to do them.So this is point-to-point!
Thanks! So far, excellent. It is going to take some work to dial in the perfect tones. The amp opeates as if has 3 gain stages, and then a ratio knob between stages 1 and 2/3 for balance. The video below is a great explanation for those interested.Technically, with an eyelet board.....but that’s how Fender used to do them.
Congratulations sir!!!
Happy for you!
I hope it gives you what you’re looking for!
How’s it so far?
Please give the V30 a fair shake, then keep in mind, the WGS is going to require some break in time before it really sweetens up.
CLIIIIIIIIIIIIIPS!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
It is the ratio between the volume (gain stage 1) and the OD trim and level (gain stages 2 and 3)Nice workmanship ! I was wondering WTF is the Ratio knob controling...
Still trying to dial in a tone like the one in the video below. I actually just shot that guy a comment on Youtube about his OD trim settings and he was nice enough to reply. That looks beautiful! Love the gut shots!
I watched the video. It makes sense to me. I could wring some spicy stuff out of that, for sure. I could also get all kinds of other stuff out of it too, by the looks!
I’m still happy I just got my Phaez, but this would have been fantastic! I didn’t think it would be in my range, and I honestly forgot it existed...frankly.
I do remember seeing it on the Ceriatone site a while back though. I watched a couple of the videos on it.
Someone just posted while I was typing....I hope it was Ray! With a clip!
Edit: nope. It was an other Don.![]()
Thanks!!I think it blends in the overdrive circuit with the clean circuit.
