I got a Fender frontman 15 today to repair I told the customer I was not interested in the repair
a year ago. The moron put a 4 amp @ 250v fuse in it fried the power transformer
the TDA2050 chip was the original problem shorted out. Well I have the correct transformer
and ordered the power chip. The guy that delivered it handed me a Amazon $25.00 gift card
I don't use Amazon but inside the amp are two $50.00 visa gift cards with a letter to some one.
So what do I fix a $40.00 amp for $100.00 that would be my minimum charge with parts.
And I don't even have a phone number to call the fill in the blank.............

The good news is My Eden WT800-C was messing up fixed that first thing today.

... when doing some auto work for a friend to see why her radio didn't work, I replaced a 22 cal long rifle shell (live) with a regular fuse. I guess it could "blow the fuse"... and maybe your knee to notify you...

Ouch, on the 4 amp fuse. I remember I was a teenager and traded for a Sears silvertone tube head. I should have checked it out before the trade - same deal - over sized fuse fried it.
