Best Guitar Amp Now ??

Does it do anything other than metal???--just curious
 
Sure it does clean and rock what a sound with out effects and the build quality second to none
I am aware of this builder his transformer company. I had no idea on his guitar amps.

 
Yup... Premium quality and performing amp. Prices reflect that, too.

I like Doug Rappoport, too. Very talented guitar player. Don't know if he still does, but he was Edgar Winter's guitar player in his band. Many demo videos featuring Doug. And, he kind of looks like a younger me! Wish I could play like him.
 
I've been aware of these things for a while but never seen one in the wild. Sounds truly great in the clips.

So far, the best sounding amp that I have actually plugged into personally is the Boogie JP-2C (regular Mark 5 a close second), but if I was in market for a big-buck 100-watter I would want to search one of these out.
 
I could not build a 100 watt amp for that price My Dumble clones cost $4500.00 in parts
He must of ordered thousands of the Mallory TVA filter capacitors and the Sprague 6PS signal capacitors my favorite.

I am super critical of female guitarists who dress overtly revealing. It's a long-standing turn-off for me, but I have to say, I found her guitar work to be outstanding....
 
First I've heard of the amp. I scanned thru the video - enough to see that quality IS NOT in short supply with that amp. Someone really set out to make a quality amp there.
 
I really like the sound of the Flying V in the first video, as well as the P-90 lead tones in the second. All of them sound awesome. I like the live tracks by Black Mamba too.

Now, I really need to stop looking at Steve's posts. Every time I do my wallet feels lighter. :pound-hand:

Seriously, I love that amp. If I didn't already have a stable of killer high volume amps, I'd consider buying one. I just don't play enough to justify it right now.

Maybe later, I will be playing enough again, who knows? :dood:

Why? What does how someone chooses to dress have to do with how they sound?
