I ordered a mixed bag of Fender trem arm springs for like $5. works great.I sure dig the whammy bar system on that Godin guitar. I like how you can set the tension of the bar to make it stay in place more when you swing the arm. On my '98 Fender American Std. Strategy I wrap PTFE or plumber's tape around the threads of the whammy bar to make it stay in place more. I heard you can pop in a spring where the whammy bar screws in to make the bar more stable...never tried it yet.

Where's the 'locking' aspect of the tremolo???
Maybe the guitar has locking tuning machine-heads.
