Why not a 3/8" to 1/2" round over router bit on the 90 degree corners.

Why not a 3/8" to 1/2" round over router bit on the 90 degree corners.

I did rabbet joints and used a brad nailer to hold them in place while the glue dried. The router and bits aren't mine and I don't want to run my buddy's bit through nails. He'd be pretty choked!
