I'm not big on signature gear, but dig Chris Stapleton and the 6G2 circuit (having recently built one).

just an interesting point as my stars kinda line up on this.
We had tickets to see Chris locally at a smaller venue after his first record came out a few years ago. PNC Arts Center in Holmdel NJ.

ANYWAY, my wife could NOT get out of working that night.
I told her to MAKE SURE before I bought them, but she didn't, and I didn't pursue it further.
Nobody to blame but me.

I am still pissed when I think about.

Recent tour he is playing MSG Garden at hugely higher ticket prices.

Very sweet lil amp indeed. The $2K price tag is a big ouch! You do get a real nice cover for it, though.

I would love to have that amp myself, but you could probably find a vintage Brownface Princeton at a comparabla price.

Yes you can and like you said, close to the same price. Besides brand new components, the biggest difference is the old style fiberboard is now of a rigid material (epoxy?). And the original speaker size was 10"... the new reissue is a 12".

I would say the 12” speaker is a plus!
