Amp rebuilt with iskras & mustards

Modulus also have phenolic board material (& would probably have cut to the size you need), BUT, it has been said to "leak" (stray voltages) unless sealed first. Leakage is supposedly caused by moisture absorption. The Merren board will cost more but is the same spec as the old RS material. Cheers

Yes, that is the exact spec amp I want to build, just when Marshall was transitioning from plexi to metal panels. Unfortunately the post (& customs) is really slow so it will be a while before transformers, chassis & headcab, hardware etc arrive. I did score the red dogbone caps which are in the mail. ATM I will be using a mix of Piher & Iskra resistors. The pic will be a great reference when building, thanks Plexi. Cheers
 
NO Ivan I own a 1969 early metal face that photo is a real Hendrix amp. See the 10 watt 1K resistors
