Epiphone Custom Silverburst Les Paul --upgrade--

oh it plays like butter -- weights a TON sustains for days and is lovely on all counts--- which is why its not been flipped -- ;)

While not a silverburst, the qualities you mention except for P90 are what is so nice about my honey burst Epi LP. Mine weighs around 9 lbs and sounded great with the stock Epi pups, but I wanted T Tops, so I installed a set and love the guitar so much now.

O.K. ya Bastard--- took me two cups of coffee and 3 "ap" downloads --- to find one that would upload to sound cloud AND that was not a complicated P.I.A. that made me want to throw my cell phone across the room----------

Wilkinsons H-90's in the LEster -- through a Roland Micro cube -- Recto model-- then JC clean -- no extra charge for the birds and OTHER CRAP in the background---
--also -- I SUCK -- so listen to the TONES not the playing -- thank you

no settings changed on the guitar--- just switched the model knob--
Wilkinson P90's

What position was the pickup selector in? Just curious.
I really liked the JC clean sound a lot. Really nice job, especially for a first go around!
The background noise adds to the realism.:D
Thanks for sharing sir! Your efforts are to be appreciated.

Middle as I recall on the selector---- that little Roland micro cube is a ton of fun for early morning noodling and stuff-- its gets some GREAT tone at low volumes---and dont piss off the wife-- :)

Nice! I figured you were in middle position(both pickups). Sounds like they are RWRP for noise canceling. My Wilkinson soap bar P90s are RWRP too.
Pretty darned good looking, and sounding, for <$22 per pickup...delivered.

I was -- but I can say even with distortion-- on 1 pup-- the noise is not as great as say--- a Gibson DOG EAR P90 ;) BUT also to be fair the Wilkinsons do not have the BITE of a Gibo Dog Ear....

That sounds very good eSGEe, really nice. Good job sorting recording & uploading with a 'phone too. I've tried recording my little 5F1 Champ type amp with my phone & it sounded, well,,, like shite to be honest, so well done. Cheers
