Here's some speaker info and a couple pictures.
Wondering what others may come to the conclusion it is.
The paper sticker came off, so the info on the back of the magnet in marked directly on the magnet.

Speaker code info:

128386 on magnet back
137 7312 on magnet back
1252 6 on cone

Thoughts?
Wanna compare what you come up with, with what I came to the conclusion of type thing ;)

CTS speaker company. If I’m reading the date code properly 12th week of 1973.

Any idea what this came out of? An old Kustom, or Kasino?
Could have been lots of stuff really...

It came out of a Carvin Vintage 16 and is supposed to be original. But, I'm not thinking it is. The color is kind of an off purple'ish that looks like it has dulled towards brown I guess? The finish reminds me of something you'd see on a Celestion. The Vintage 16's came with either a Celestion or Carvin speaker. I'm leaning on the speaker being a CTS. It's a nice sounding speaker and can take what ever the amp throws it's way. But, between the amp, the codes, and the finish I can't seem to settle on the what, who, where, when's of the speaker.

its COPPER colored------

is this an 8- 10-12-?

Are you really Elvis?

wait its Tip Oneill! no -- different speaker :)

It is a 12" speaker.
Yes, I am Elvis, elvis the alien, but that's an area 51 secret - so, mum's the word.
Did O'Neil win the cow tipping contest or something?

Come to think about, an off copper color may be a good description for the color.

Drumoid, I know I am going to sound stupid, but I have no clue about Carvin amps.

Lemme see this again. Says the detective in me.

Based on Bastard's Code link it points to CTS.

Might have gotten swapped in place of the V30?
