Thank you all. Things are good today. No casualties other than a neighbor's fence... 
And no one is immune. Saw Neil Young and several other celebs lost their homes. Living in Northern Illinois where the only things we worry about is maybe a tornado every now and then and streams and small rivers flooding. I can’t fathom what’s happening in California. No words.

Oh believe me I know about tornados. A Sunday in November a few years back one went thru Washington Illinois. Damaged about 1000 homes. Leveled most of them. Missed the Jr High where my oldest teaches by about 100 yards.

Dang Robert. Just checking in. Didn’t hear anything about a fire in your area. Given our winds, the fact they got it under control is amazing. For the record I would have loaded up all 3 guitars.
I agree. Had the winds not shifted South - as they did - we would have been in trouble. last night, the winds were only 20-30mph. Tonight they are gusting 80mph and already blowing big rigs over on the I-210 and I-215 freeways.

I think I am just super attached to the double neck because it is hand-built, but my 2016 Gibson SG, 2016 Gibson Les Paul and even the old Squire, could all be replaced easily...I email all the wiring/pots/caps specifications to myself so I could easily duplicate them if necessary.
Yeah. Was a big enough deal it made an hour special on the Weather Channel.
That one special guitar I'd have to save would be my Ovation acoustic I've had since I purchased it new in 1974. Like you. The others can be replaced.
