It's legal in Alaska but the Fed's don't think so. It's still cash only the banks won't touch it with a ten foot pole.
One thing I have never done is go to a pot store. The State of Alaska takes cash for taxes.
 
3.5 grams (1/8 oz) of BC’s finest bud showed up at the post office today. Very easy transaction. Ordered online Wednesday, picked it up Saturday. Now I have to figure out if I actually want to smoke it. :) My wife still lights up occasionally so she’ll probably get to it before I do.

some time ago -- My dear wife -- who lived in Hawaii and Alaska for many years-- and who enjoys regularly---and who can "handle her green"--- got me to try it again after several decades---

The first time------ I "came to" on the couch --- after just a few hits and felt very bad--- and knew I had blacked out

the second time---- I "came to" on the floor of our back porch (where I fell OUT of the chair)--with Shannon screaming "call 911" while she was beating on my chest-------she said she COULD NOT find a pulse---

I do not touch --- at all---

I do use the oil-- and the raw HEmp to help overall health and fight cancer-- but the "smoking a J" days are LONG gone-- unless I want to be......er gone
 
The law in Pennsylvania is weird. Legal pot yes but they do make you feel like a criminal when ever possible. There was a time when we could not buy socks on a Sunday in the Quacker state.
 
Doubt I'd smoke it, but I can't see why it's not legal in the USA. Alcohol and tobacco are legal but not pot? Doesn't make sense to me. But, for me, the main reason to legalize it is all the crime, gangs, cartels, blood, etc that comes from pot being illegal. I mean face it, people get killed due to the fact it's illegal and what takes place as a result. Think about the money and effort for law enforcement to deal with it. The gangs, organized crime, etc are making who knows how much money off it and more than willing to hurt and kill to do so. Just seems like legalizing pot makes far more sense for far too many reasons to me.

I find it highly offensive that it's legal anywhere. It's clealy a gateway drug and may have horrible side effects.

Send me 2 ounces of your best dubage. I'm good for it!
 
Pot is not a bad way to change your view of your mind. If that is all you want to do.
LSD you really only need once. Retain every bit of your experience. Once is just right even those I wanted to get it right so I took it several times.

One of my wife's school friends took LSD in 1969, BAD TRIP MAN, it messed him up for life. He's now 65 and still working at a sheltered workshop, incapable of driving a car or things requiring any degree of concentration. As a young man (pre trip) he was a high achiever.
