So Who Here....

I lost the '61' as it was the first year of the SG & the same year I was born making us cyber-symbiotically linked (lol) yet rather unimportant & insignificant elsewhere beyond an SG related forum.

Funny thing, I actually feel like 'Relic' has become an on-line persona for a part of myself. A sort of caricature version of an old musical redneck that hides inside me an only lives on the internet. And that, is a first for me doing something like that. & it has been both fun, a challenge & a growing experience as ETSG was my first time in any on-line forum so I had a whole lot to learn.

So onward the 'Relic' goes,.. out to the interwebs.

As always,
Rock On

I'm with you Weas..... the age and confussion thing. I don't want to have to start another book on things I need to remember.......

How do you pronounce Sp8ctre? I like to be able to say these names in my head. I have speightctre, but that doesn't feel right.

I get it dyslexicly twisted into ex-specter-ate or real fast... 'expectorate'. Like I said, it's a dyslexic thang. although I'm not actually dyslexic, I still see it sideways like that. Probably because like you, I can put no other meaning to it so in my mind I have to no way to say or relate to it.

So what the fvk does it mean Sp8ctre? And how do we say it? I'm tired of 'coughing up' that stupid 'expectorate' thing in my head every time I see it. (that's a joke, bad joke but fvk it. cough cough)

Well then you must love all the passwords we have to remember now to access everything from banking to forum log ins?
And ya can't keep using the same one! And ya can't write em all down! And ya can't have em be birthdays, addresses or names of family members either!
Uh..oh.. I hope didn't I go & ruin something for you there with that...

lol

Keeping the book(s) with all that info isn't the real problem... it's having to re-write all of it when the book falls apart!

My username was born on ETSG.

So if your name username was 'born on ETSG' how did you change it to 'BlackSG91'??
Did they kick 'born on ETSG' off & you re-registered as 'BlackSG91' ??

No...No...it's a good joke...especially now that I'm growing old and cough poop up all day...feel like a cat with a fvckin' hairball...

Spectre as in "A Ghostly Apparition" and more directly the comic book character The Spectre aka Jim Corrigan...

The reason it's spelled Sp8ctre is due to the correct spelling being taken in the state of CA when I went to get my personalized license plates...

Here I read the first 4 words and re-read, and re-read up to first year of the SG... then re-read, only to have the light bulb moment.

At first I thought Barry had bought and lost a 61 reissue SG I never knew he had, then it dawned on me the "61" was referring to a simple nickname modification. DUH ol slow me.
