Zappa was an amazing person in general. He is one of my favorite people of all time...saw him in concert at least 7 times, read his book and listen to any interviews I can find!

I just got news off the wire, it is ok to call a wamy bar a wiggle stick.
The class mate that introduced me to Zappa was much like Frank himself. He always wore a head band so it made his hair stick out funny. He turned his eye lids in sids out for most of the day.
Weasel ripped my flesh was the album. Willy the pimp was the song. That annoying ticking sound in the background was removed by David. Zappa played at my university every spring, Carnegie-Mellon was the type of place that would attract artists like Frank and Captain Beef Heart. The west coast version of what was happening in NYC, the Village. New movements, anti war in a big wave towards the west coast. It pooped out in Northern California, I hear you can still see the water mark. Same time Grace Slick got fat and Frank Zappa really started to take himself seriously.
