Just a word of caution. Don’t put printed circuit cards with ICs on them on paper or cloth. You should use an ESD friendly material that will disapate static electricity. ESD can kill ICs in a flash.

Nice old single sided PCB BTW.

I'm going to order up some 9 volt repair connectors. Everyone is currently out of stock on the battery covers...
 
The first thing I thought when I looked at the controls is that it is based on the Boss HM-2

If it is similar you can get Godflesh guitar and bass tones with these. Entombed too of course

Also that guy in the video should probably not trying playing metal again, ha ha

I have no doubt you are correct!!!

Fil is actually quite a guitarist. He played all over Australia recently with Mark Evans in "Bon But Not Forgotten."

Fil acknowledged its a rough old video, but his pedal really woke up that Valvestate!
