The Muse I Adorn

Pulled this out tonight, 1977 Ibanez PF100, the third guitar I purchased for my son. About 1990 he formed a high school band, later it was put aside for a Strat. Both ended up with me early last year when he got into Jazzmasters, Jaguars and Rickenbackers. I was told to sell them, one day I'll hand them back and I'm sure he'll be glad I held onto them, not only are they nice instruments but they are his youthful history.
It has a refreshing, clean and cutting tone. Output jack is crackling a bit, will replace tomorrow.

The bridge and tail piece are really cool. Beautiful guitar.

The muse is weary....My three-finger grip alternate picking style is kinda rough on pics... :) I recently switch from 20+ years of Dunlop 1.0mm picks to the Fender mediums. Now, when I switch back to the heavy picks, I feel handicapped...

Ok, its Saturday morning here so I'll be adorning this all morningWP_20180714_001.jpg WP_20180714_003.jpg & then take it out to adorn it at volume this afternoon. I gotta agree with gball & eSGEe, there really is something special about Norlin's. Note no strap locks, now that's a first for me. Grolsch washers & lots of spares. I changed the wiring to 50's & had an 0.022uf & 0.015uf K40Y-9 that metered correctly so threw them in. Cheers
