Where is Sergio?

Yeah, man, I am a fat bastard now. Just take a look at my face in the photo with my girl and then at the gig pic. Seriously, I'm trying to get my s**t together, I got real fat.

Don't beat yourself up too much mate, we all get trim and fit then slide backwards until one day we see somebody in the mirror who isn't who we think we are, then we reverse the process.
Very few keep good steady health and diet (drinking), we bounce about but the trick is to take stock regularly before it's too late.
I also have reached the point in time for small changes.

Anyway...

Johnny Ramone is as famous as Steve Vai, ain't he? :D I like what I can do with classic rock and some blues. That's what I do and that's what I'll be doing until I die.

Now THAT is inspirational!
Thanks for the kind words.

I have been praying for those kids many times a day.

More kids came out today and now I believe only the coach and one child remain. This is like a miracle from St Jude

Not St Jude helping, I've read and I'll accurately quote, "The regional army commander offered his thanks to the rain god Phra Pirun, imploring him to keep showing us mercy".

Just now 3:00PM (Australian Eastern Standard Time) the reporting says 8 out 5 still in cave. Workers are replacing air tanks in readiness for next rescue and they are still undecided on attempting 5 at once or two more missions.

Why bring that up? Im not turning this into an illegal religious debate. That what do to help, I pray a lot and that is all I am able to do. The only rope I can throw. That works in my mind and a few others mind.

The kids and coach are all out now. Sergio is in hiding again and please refrain from making any comments that may be misconstrued as being religious in nature.
