There are way too many scenes to have a favorite, but I love these two.

The song and dance montage just before the
under the highway fight in West Side Story.
The last 20 minutes of Independence Day.
The Chariot race in the 50s version of Ben Hur.
The shopping mall car chase in The Blues Brothers.
Any scene with a well done real looking dragon in it,
and others too numerous to mention.
