Wow! What a tone!

I've been playing around with my new 60's Tribute LP, getting a feel for it and the noise it'll make....
Tonight I ran it through the AC15 with a Bad Monkey in the mix. What a tone I got! Like really close to the Black Keys fuzziness. It was totally amazing! Its amazing the new tones one can find with stuff already laying around, and by just using the basic stuff.

Sweet! That Bad Monkey is a nice pedal...but I don't get along with my AC15...it sounds great when I'm actually playing, but it is so damn noisy when I'm not...

Mine is the same way. I've found if I use a 20' cord and stay on the other side of the room it helps. A little.....
I usually sit close to the computer and a table top pedal board when playing. You make me realize what I am missing out on by not standing back from my amp. I may have to reorganize some furniture tonight!

Any pedal with a long enough cable to play in the other room, should not sound too noisy. If your cable is long enough to go play in the other house, pedal gets dead quiet.

I think 20' is about right for me. Plenty of lead to move around, but doesn't seem to affect anything.
