Wow...new look

So, apparently there's been an update; the forum looks way different. Pretty sharp!

I do have a question, though. I can't see how to access our albums.

I know how we used to do it, but the option to go to our albums no longer appears.

Is there something that needs to be turned on?

Yes. The way I used to do it was to click my screen name at the top right of the home page. Then, a pop-up window would appear with numerous options, such as "Signature", "Avatar", "Account details", "Privacy", etc. If I clicked my screen name again in that pop-up, I'd be taken to my profile page. In the profile page there was an option to click your album. That option no longer appears in the profile page.

Incidentally, I just noticed the option to go to your avatar is missing from the pop-up page, too.

Okay...I figured the avatar thing out. To go to your avatar, click on your screen name at the top of the page. You'll get a pop-up window. In that pop-up, click "Account Details". The option to create or change your avatar is in the Account Details page. In the prior version, there was an option to go directly to your avatar from the pop-up window.

The functionality is awesome. I think any major change will take getting used to, and they certainly changed a lot, but I am very happy about the upgrade

I use the forum on a variety of devices - computers, tablets, and my phone. I think the new format works a little better with a phone.

I do kind of prefer the previous, square avatars to the new round ones, though.

I vote for square avatars too. The initial shock was rough, but until I can't figure something out, I am ok.
The fonts etc all seem easier for my aging eyes to read on my laptop. That's a plus.

I liked the old look better. The new look is OK on my Mac but sucks on my iPad. I guess I’ll get used to it but so far I’d vote for switching back.

I have to agree with you that there are things I like about the previous design much better. I'm still working on trying to get this back on track while keeping the new software.
