Article from 2019, do I bet the production numbers went up with the covid bump, like everyone else, and have stabilized now. Definitely an interesting company, but you know what? I have never encountered a Godin in a shop. The Seagull acoustics yes, but never a Godin electric, which I find strange.

They have some kinda unique and very cool ideas. I really like the 2 that I have.
I see some neat pickups on tne Montreal Premiere line - a P90 with single strat type. Run one, the other or both together. Nice idea.

I really like my Godin guitars, they are great players and like Geoff said unique. They are always improving and coming up with new ideas. They will run a line of guitars for a while, then change them, different styles of pickups or electronics, My Core CT you can no longer get, the guitar is dynamite! I will never sell it, my Progression Plus Strat, you can no longer get, just a wonderful playing high quality, the tones i can get from these guitars i haven't found in no other brand.

They are an innovative company that keeps evolving in the guitar industry. They continue to make guitars IMHO that raise the bar. Every time i go to my local shop and play their guitars, they continue to impress me with their workmanship.
