Fking thermoblenders...
You're always losing your normally open contacts when some moron indiscriminately connects an auto-lube solenoid to one of the PLC outputs.... It's like oh , here we go again; they just can't understand the difference between source and sink. I mean where did these people grow up? Under a Jacuzzi? They don't learn 'em like they used too anymore that's for sure.

Control cabinet for the thermoblender, lime silo actuator, lime conveyer, and pasteurization process controllers.

Thermoblender consists of twin 20’ augers that mix the dewatered sludge with lime before it gets pasteurized.
