I Just got a 2015 Fender Pro Junior in the shop hum's and hiss like hell.
The customer gave it to me the lead dress is terrible. The transformers look Mexican
1. Replace filter caps and clean up lead dress if that makes no difference

2. Build a Fender Tweed Champ new chassis and transformers

3. Build a AC15 type amp EF86 V-1 volume and treble cut rotary switch Marshall GDS transformers.

I truly wish my eyes could better identify why that is a mess. I would greatly appreciate an education.

This one is not a mess.

one amp is cheap parts and cost saving manufacturing and the other pic is good quality parts and point to point hand soldering i would guess.shame on you Fender.

Ohh, if really making a decision between those three then I vote for 3, the AC. That would kick butt man.

I did tear it down complete and twisted the red high voltage AC secondaries and the AC heater wires.
The fix was a Mil Spec 6189 low noise tube in V-1. I can turn the volume on 12 now no noise it did take away the gain but the customer is happy now
I ate my labor fee and just charged parts. I did find out Fender in 2015 on this amp cascaded V-1 and V-2 backwards hence the extreme hum.
I guess that's what we get when Fender outsources the labor to Mexico. All of the Fender guitar amps made in the last 15 years sound like the oats that have been run
through the horse. I have had to do some trick modification's on hundreds of them to make them sound half way decedent.

I hate that it's true but I agree with you, with one exception that I played: '68 Silverface DRRI.
