We used to live on the west side of Illinois. Rock Island IL / Davenport IA area. Small local ice cream shop chain. Best ice cream ever. My favorite. Black Raspberry or Butterfinger Cookie in Vanilla ice cream milk shakes. These things were so thick you could turn it upside down and nothing would come out. Served with a straw and a spoon. Ya just threw the straw away as it was useless.
