So, I like literature a lot and I am sure many of you like reading too.

I still nourish the habit of buying, collecting and reading actual books, though this disgusting tech race we're witnessing is making this harder and harder each day. It's becoming tough to pick up a book and forget about your cell phone. People just don't understand that they can wait a bit for your replies on Whatsapp, Telegram, Facebook or the inbox of whatever else...

Of course, being an avid reader I have a Kindle for practical reasons. You can't always have all your books at hand and this little device helps you in trips and when you want to read a particular book that isn't readily available in paper.

So, what have you been reading lately? Let's talk about books and show pictures of the ones you are currently reading!

My favorite American writer has always been Hemingway, but lately I am having a good time reading Jack London's The Sea Wolf, picked up a cool Heritage Press edition last week.

Catseye by Andre Norton. She is a much missed sci-fi writer. She wrote over 160 novels. She passed in 2005.

Reading a classic that I never read, at my wife’s insistence. Very funny, indeed.

Haven’t read a book in a few years, but my all time favorite author was Tom Clancy. I own all of his novels in hard back up to the point were there were ghost writers late in his career.

If you ever see the TV version available to stream it is fantastic. Hugh Laurie plays Bertie and Stephen Fry plays Jeeves. It is almost as good as the books.

Actually just finished Jim Marshall:The Father of Loud by Rich Maloof

I have begun re-reading Befriend and Betray: Infiltrating the Bandidos, Hell's Angels and other Criminal Brotherhoods by Alex Caine ( a Canadian super undercover agent that has the most impressive criminal infiltration record, that makes Donnie Brasco look like Barney Fife)

Actually, she was trying to give me a break from all the Hesse, Vonnegut, Bradbury, Orwell, Heinlein, and Huxley that I've been reading lately. She thought I needed a bit of lighter humor, and not so much darkness. Although, Vonnegut is hysterical at times.
