The most shocking to me was Tom Petty!

Agree. Tom Petty was a shocker. But I shed tears over Glen Campbell. Part because he was awesome. Part because of the Alzheimer’s. CSN&Y may be a big reason I took up guitar. But the Rhinestone Cowboy was why it was an Ovation.

That was also a shocker and he was one of my more modern day favorites! I loved Audioslave because of his voice...

Interesting video interview on Dolores. I didn't know she lived in my home province of Ontario and she is the same age as me. It's too bad she passed away at a young age like that. She had a great singing voice and a lot of really good tunes. In my case I hope to live as long as I can but that's up to the Grim Reaper.
