What a giant waste of my time!

Some A$$hole rents my house in Florida and tears it up. I keep his security deposit to help offset the repair costs. He sues me and now I have to sit around and lose a day of work waiting for a mediator to call so the douchebag can try to get his money back...

I'm sure he knows I live in California and the cost to fly to Florida if we go to trial would be more than the civil suit...so he is screwing with me...

"Better an empty house than a bad tenant".
My rentals are in my area allowing BOTH my agent and I to have regular oversight.
 
I can be "sworn in " as an agent for you I think ........or you can NOT mention my name at all and send me a bribe to get a couple cracker buddies from the swamp and go beat his ass.......
I mean Im free this weekend......
 
Waited all damn day and the mediator says they called and couldn't get an answer...BULL$HIT

I was home and my phone was fully charged. Other people from the courthouse got through
no problem...I have 0 missed calls and 0 Voice Mails!

Now I have to write a letter and beg the judge to give me another hearing....

Oh how I agree! I had one fool do over $10K in damages and try to get away. I worked with
his Commander in the USAF to have him discharged...he paid REAL Quick!
