It sound fabulous. Great tone and clean, intonated, buzz freenotes. I must say, it is very cool to have a 12 string right there. If I had one connected to my 6 string, I would use it more!!

Coming from you that's quite a compliment!

Should've worn my Dragon Pajamas!

Nice video, and great sounds.
Since doublenecks are very useful I recently purchased a Burny from Kyoto in Japan. I tuned it up slightly different and made a little Iphone-clip:

I have now changed the pickups to a Burstbucker Pro in the neck of the 12-string, and a 57 Classic in the bridge. In the 6-string I have put a set of High Order Alnico 2s, but I still have no clip with the new pickups.

Very nice! That's fantastic!

Thank you, Wilmer!

Don't you just love the 12 string sound??? And you have great tone in your video!

Thanks. :)
My doubleneck has a nice sustain overall, guess it has to do with the mass of wood? I have the original pickups in that clip, don´t know what they are; Burny has no information on their web-site. I sent a email and asked, but no reply, since it is old, built in 1991. Sounds very good, though. But since we are tone nerds, I changed all the pickups - I had some I liked lying around, no biggie. The Burstbucker Pro shines in the neck of the 12-string, it´s bright and clean with the Alnico V-magnet and unbalanced winding, can be a problem with muddy pickups in the neck of a 12-string.
The 12-string sounds really nice, IMHO, and I have tuned down all the octave-strings five steps. So the upper E has its parallell string tuned down to B, B-string has a Fiss, G has a D, and so on and so on. It gives a very nice and jazzy vibe, perfect as a background for a jazz soloist, and also nice for playing solos. All chords sounds strange, one doesn´t know what is coming, and that´s nice since I´ve been playing for 55 years now. Seems that I need something that surprises me. :(

Interesting tuning!!!!! I'm intrigued!!!!!

Sustain is remarkable on the Double Neck's in general. I think you are correct that its in the mass of the guitar body...
