I did post somewhere the other day. He was by himself for a few years now.
Shot himself in the forehead the other day with a 22.
He was concious at the time but intubated. Heavy sedation every 4 hrs. He was able to hold a hand when asked.
Brain swelling ( a real mess in there, bone fragments, the round shattered as well) so they did a complete craniectomy last night. Entire top of skull removed to relieve pressure.
Now he is in a non-induced coma.
So looking pretty poor even if swelling subsides, cannot breathe fully on his own.
I suspect my sis n nieces need to make the big decision tomorrow when they get there.
It's better than "living" like that.
He became a real a-hole later but they did have 15 good years. I feel bad for my nieces especially even though they are estranged from him mostly.
Pretty stressful for them.
