TTR seems less active!

It seems TTR is less active than it used to be.

Where is everyone???? Polishing your tele radios? Or sharpening tele radios antennas?

I see most posts sit as I left them when I logged out…..

Just me and the pooch for a couple weeks. My bride is spending a couple weeks in Florida helping a friend do some work on her house. That and she’s thumbing her nose at her former coworkers now that she retired.

Got my youngest sons family and a good friend of theirs coming for a BBQ Monday. My kid and family will be here sometime tomorrow PM and stay the night. Got the normal work load of two people getting ready for that…. Except there’s only one of me.

Good times.

But to answer your question Ramo. I may not be posting much…. But I am here reading and listening.

PS: while I may not be responding a lot. I am clicking like, etc.
 
After taking a hiatus, it seemed when I returned some folks are gone?

To be truthful, I thought a bunch of folks migrated to a new site and didn't care for me to come along? Lol

I'm still lurking and every once in a while posting, seems lonely. IDK

Maybe this is what I needed to get started again?

BTW, anyone seen @Clockworkmike lately?

Blinky seems to be missing. A shame we have a great group to let blow to the wind.

ClockworkMike has been posting…on occasion.
Blink seems to post pretty regularly…he was in the “what’s on the grill” thread recently…he’s around still, and I’m happy for that.
There are some regulars, that previously posted prolifically, that have left us…:(
There are others that seem to have dropped off the radar too…but left clues as to life outside calling…

I guess that's how it goes in the forums.

Seems a shame, we had a fantastic group, no bickering etc... Well except for @Ramo and those damn infernal Tele's.

Well, I will start doing more than lurking, just had a lot happen in a short amount of time and was playing with my brain machine.

But, it is always a pleasure, at least on my end, to see all my compadres.

So like Herpes Simplex....... I'm back ha.

Yes sadly. A couple that were mods have moved on.
But in general, for me it is summer and I might look in etc but not post much. Busy summer here.
We need @Ramo to start some interesting threads!!
Norm @Session 5 is gone to the lake for summer. Many I think are busy and fishing etc.
Hopefully it picks up in the fall.

I‘ve had some things that have been stirring up life in general…I’m hoping that a resolution has been reached…time will tell.
Regardless, I’m spending a little more time in the studio lately…hopefully, it will be more productive.
Oh yeah…I’ve been on a spending freeze for a bit, but I’ve been finding myself digging through the opium dens again, of late…

The musical instrument companies should not fear, I've picked up your slack since retiring.

Made the huge mistake of discovering Universal Audio Interfaces. Say no more, nudge nudge wink.

I’m a huge fan of some of their old school hardware….I’m tempted by some of the interface hardware, but it gets pretty expensive when one wants enough I/O to record real drums. That said, it seems that I’m coming to grips with my lack of “need” in that arena these days.
