Some cool samples RVA! That Elite Strat doesn't sound so "Stratty" to me. At least on these junky laptop speakers. Play on!

I decided to put this here as well as my NGD thread. This is my "new to me" 2007 EPI G-400. I installed a Bare Knuckle Mississippi Queen HB sized P90 in the neck and BKP Manhattan HB sized P90 in the bridge. The sound sample goes:

Thank you! I was not sure last night, but it seems to have dialed in to a nice balance.

I have the MQ in a Tele with HB neck and it sounds equally good.

I have these HB pups wired series/parallel on a push/pull pot. I could not remember which was which, only that they were wired the same, so I gave them a close listen only to discover I could barely tell the difference at all. I have had similar difficulty with amps.

I recorded is clip which goes neck (pot up/pot down); bridge (pot up/pot down); middle (pot up/pot down). Again, I do not know what the pot positions represent. I do notice a difference in the frequency range on the recording and also notice the difference more on the recording. What do you all think?
