For the longest time I thought the bassist was a waste of space on the stage. Until I saw a band play without one. Oof what a dead uninspiring sound that was.

The Queens Of Pain finally have a drummer. A nice guy who always had dreamed of playing Police/Sting material and who also likes my arrangements ... We have made the 1st recordings during rehersals and decided to put them to Youtube although there is still a lot of room for improvements:

Just finished listening to both. Your bass sounds really nice and smooth.
Are you doing Sting covers exclusively?

We are playin in two projects:

a) Velvet Beyond. Just Voice&Bass. Thats Rock and fusion covers.
b) Queens of Pain. Trio - Velvet Beoynd plus (quite recently) drums. That's Sting and Police exclusively.
