I'm gonna go cook me up some vittles right now. Saute some bell pepper and turkey sausage with salsa. Drop a couple of eggs on top then melt some cheese on over it. This has been my breakfast ritual for 20 years and I never get tired of it. The only thing that ever changes is the salsa. Sometimes green avocado salsa from Pollo Loco, some times salsa from other restaurants, sometimes Pace Picante. It's all good.
